With a background in public relations and more than 14 years experience reporting and writing in the news industry, I am excited to be doing what I love as a freelancer.

Passion topics include family, health, arts and entertainment, culture and trends, faith, food, outdoors and travel.

When I'm not writing I am running to keep up with my three kids, enjoying the sunshine in St. George, Utah, attending the theater, reading and more.

“Lisa’s writing is warm and real. She is a clear story-teller and completes projects on time and with excellence. I love working with her.” – Terri Draper
It was my great pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with Lisa. Not only is she a wonderful writer possessing a great personality, but I found her trustworthy, professional and full of great ideas in addition to being among the most dependable people I know. She is constantly evolving within her writing profession and stretching her abilities. When I worked with her in the Features department (at Spectrum Media), I challenged her to go outside her comfort zone and she embraced this idea wholeheartedly. She takes constructive criticism very well and isn't afraid to seek direction and ask questions. I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa for any project worth doing right!” —David Cordero
